GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your okji account instantly upon successful completion. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are typically credited within one to three business hours, subject to your bank's internal processing schedule. okji does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply separately.
All real-money Player funds deposited with okji are held in bank accounts segregated from the Company's operational funds. This ensures that Player balances remain available for withdrawal and are not affected by the Company's day-to-day financial obligations.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal from your okji account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a balance in your account consisting of real-money funds (not solely Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements); and (c) not be subject to any account suspension, investigation, or self-exclusion.

okji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or compliance with any legal obligation. In all such cases, okji will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player and endeavour to resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okji are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. okji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, even if okji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okji makes no warranty that: (a) the platform will be available without interruption; (b) the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or malicious code; (c) any particular game outcome or return rate will be achieved by any individual Player. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
okji collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. okji employs 256-bit TLS encryption on all data transmissions and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. You may close your okji account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. In the event of any dispute between a Player and okji arising from use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through okji's internal dispute resolution process — initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. okji will respond to all formally lodged disputes within five (5) business days.
Where an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a formal dispute being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or competent court. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court.
